Manchester United are interested in Eintracht Frankfurt goalkeeper Kevin Trapp.
United’s priority is to sign Antony from Ajax and Cody Gakpo from PSV Eindhoven while they have yet to give up on a deal for Barcelona’s Frenkie de Jong.
However, a third keeper is also wanted to put pressure on David de Gea and Tom Heaton. Yann Sommer from Borussia Monchengladbach has also been considered as has Asmir Begovic of Everton.

Germany international Trapp, 32, has two years left on contract. Ajax, meanwhile, have sounded out a potential move for Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech as they await a new offer from United for Antony.
Brazilian Antony has told the Dutch champions he wishes to leave after they rejected United’s £67m bid last week and watched last night’s match against Liverpool with his agent who posted images on social media. United are also looking to sign Gakpo for around £38m.
Defender Eric Bailly will complete his loan move to Marseille this week.
